Debbie Khedoo, CDAII, is an orthodontic consultant, clinical educator, and founder of Little Deb Consulting Inc., with more than 25 years of progressive experience in orthodontic practice operations, digital workflow integration, and team training. She has held roles spanning clinical assisting, treatment coordination, and director of operations, and completed the Mastering the Business of Orthodontics program at Wharton University of Pennsylvania in 2025.

Her consulting work focuses on Treatment Coordinator development, financial presentation strategies, internal workflow design, and leadership alignment within orthodontic and dental practices.
