MY STORY

It all started with a realization: I noticed a pattern. So many practices struggled with the same issues: misaligned teams, inefficient systems, and missed opportunities for case acceptance. I realized I had the knowledge and experience to help bridge these gaps, and that’s when I knew I wanted to do more than improve one practice; I wanted to elevate the entire industry.

My journey in dentistry started humbly as a sterilization assistant, where I learned the fundamentals of a practice from the ground up. Surrounded by a family of doctors, I grew up with a deep appreciation for healthcare, but it wasn’t until I stepped into an orthodontic office that I truly found my passion.

I quickly fell in love with the industry, not just the science behind healthy, beautiful smiles. I saw firsthand how a well-run practice could change lives for patients and the teams who made it all happen. I knew I wanted to be more than just a part of the process; I wanted to make an impact.

As a young mother, I learned resilience, adaptability, and the value of hard work early on. I didn’t have the luxury of waiting for opportunities to come to me; I had to create them. I moved up from sterilization assistant to clinical roles, treatment coordination, and eventually practice management, always looking for ways to improve systems, strengthen teams, and create better patient experiences. Every challenge I faced fueled my drive to innovate, streamline, and help others succeed.
